Collect Organic Waste
We gather food scraps and agricultural by-products from the settlement — turning what is discarded into a valuable resource stream.
BSF Processing
Black Soldier Fly larvae are raised on the organic waste, rapidly converting it into protein-rich larvae biomass and nutrient-dense frass.
Distribute Value Products
Harvested larvae and frass fertilizer are processed and distributed to farmers — creating livelihoods and supporting food security.
